Data processed
The configurator may process the text, logos and images you choose to add. When you order, contact details needed for billing, delivery and tracking are also recorded.
Payment
Stripe processes payments. MonMiroirPerso does not store full bank card numbers. Stripe handles payment data under its own security and privacy terms.
Audience and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel help us understand page views, configurator steps, basket additions, checkout starts and purchases. These tools may set or read cookies and browser identifiers to measure audiences, attribute conversions and assess advertising effectiveness.
The Meta Conversions API also sends certain events from our server. Depending on the stage, these may include IP address, user agent, available Meta identifiers and a session identifier. After a purchase, order contact details may be normalised and hashed before being sent to Meta to improve event matching. Photos, logos and personalisation text are not sent to Google or Meta.
Internal measurement also records viewed pages, general visit source, device type and configurator progress under a random session ID. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is limited to the browser tab. These internal statistics contain no IP address, name, email, photo, logo or personalisation text. Events are retained for at most thirteen months and are accessible only in the private workshop.
Approved preview
When you confirm your personalisation, the preview and design (text, uploaded images and settings) are stored privately to improve the configurator. No manufacturing file is generated at this stage. Drafts remain until manually deleted in the workshop; you may request deletion. A draft that becomes a paid order no longer appears in the draft list. No draft is published automatically. Only designs authorised for sharing may be selected for our template library.
Help chat
When chat is available and you open it, a secure identifier lets this browser retrieve your conversation for 90 days. Messages, useful configurator selections and your email, if provided, are stored in our private workshop to help you and let our team take over if needed. No chat messages are sent to Google or Meta.
The assistant is an AI. Recent messages and selection context are sent to OpenAI to prepare replies. The contact address entered in its dedicated field is not sent to the model; avoid repeating it or sharing sensitive information in messages. API calls do not store responses in API history, but provider security logs may be retained for up to 30 days under its terms. This does not mean the provider retains no data at all.
If you select “Attach my preview”, a copy of your design and image is saved with the conversation for our team only. The image is not sent to AI and no manufacturing file or order is created. Conversations and previews remain until manually deleted in the workshop; you may request deletion. A daily IP-address fingerprint limits abuse without storing the plain IP in conversations. Handover emails go only to our team and contain a link requiring login.
Basket storage
Your basket and working draft are saved locally in your browser so several creations can be kept between visits. The design is also transmitted when you confirm a draft, attach a preview to chat or start checkout, for the purposes described above.
Retention and recipients
Order information is kept as long as needed for manufacture, after-sales service and administrative duties. Depending on purpose, data is accessible to providers needed for payment, hosting, production or delivery, and to Google and Meta for the audience, attribution and advertising measurement described above.
