Production and delivery
Each mirror is made to order in Europe from the design confirmed in the configurator. Estimated receipt is 5–7 days after ordering, including manufacture and tracked delivery.
Dates are calculated from the order date in Belgian time plus 5–7 calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. They are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier delivery days and holidays. For specific business projects or bulk orders, timing is confirmed with the quote.
Free delivery within the European Union
We deliver only to the 27 European Union countries, free of charge. Countries outside the EU are not available at checkout. Your address and the available tracked delivery method are shown at checkout.
Carefully protected packaging
Products are packed to limit transit impacts. Illuminated mirrors include the personalised mirror, COB lighting and power supply for a socket. Wall fixings are included with Vanity, Signature and Glamour. Muse is designed for a dressing table and comes without wall fixings.
If your mirror arrives broken or damaged
Contact us at commandes@monmiroirperso.com within 5 days of receipt. Give your order number and attach at least one clear photo of the damaged mirror and parcel. After verification, we make and send an identical replacement free of charge. Replacement is the proposed remedy for transit damage; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Personalised products and returns
As your mirror is made to your design, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply. Once production starts, cancellation or refund for a change of mind is not possible. Your rights for breakage, damage, defects, non-conformity or manufacturing errors remain unaffected. See our terms of sale for details.
